Yes. Cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. The expiry date is shown on the card. When your Pard Card expires, just log into your account and renew! We’ll send you a reminder near the expiry time as well.
No. The named card holder, as shown on the card, is the only person eligible to use that card. However, discounts may apply to multiple people for example, a table of 4. Please see specific offers for details.
Log into your account from your mobile device. Click the button that says ‘Add to Wallet’ and depending on whether you’re iPhone or Android, you can add it to your phone’s wallet, just like you would add tickets or other membership cards.
FYI: You won’t see the option to download if you’re logged in on a laptop or desktop, because you’re not going to take your laptop to the pasty shop now are you?
If you had a physical card, please visit the ‘Go Digital’ page and set up your Pard Card account. Log in and you can download your new digital card from there. It will expire when your physical card would have expired.
Not at the moment. We’re transitioning to digital only. Easier on the planet, easier on the admin.
Maybe we’ll offer a super special limited edition in the future… but you’ll have to wait and see.
Yes! Pard Card is growing daily. New businesses will be welcomed and encouraged to take part. Mention it to your local pasty shop, pub or wherever you like!
If it’s your first application, we’ll review your proof of address as soon as we can (it may take a few days if we’re busy). As soon as you’re approved for a card, it will appear for download in your account area.
If you’re renewing and all of your details have remained the same, your new card will appear immediately.
As soon as we’ve reviewed and approved it, we delete it.
If we reject your application, we’ll hold onto it for 30 days before deleting, to give you a chance to get back to us with any updated info.
But either way, we’ll hold onto it for as short a time as possible.
